1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 T. cold water
2 3oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced strawberries
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
1 banana, sliced
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. halved red grapes

Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour and 1/4 c. sugar; cut in butter w/ pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in oil w/ a fork until moistened. Stir in water, 1 T. at a time, until dough leaves side of bowl and forms a ball. Spray baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Shape dough into a ball directly on baking sheet. With lightly floured rolling pin, roll pastry into 11" circle. Bake 11-14 minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely on baking sheet for 10 minutes; carefully remove to wire rack to cool. Beat cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar and vanilla until smooth. Slide crust onto serving platter. Spread w/ cream cheese mixture. Arrange fruit over crust; starting at outer edge. Spoon glaze over fruit. Glaze: combine 1 tsp. cornstarch, 1 T. water and 1/4 c. orange juice and 3 T. powdered sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute. Refrigerate fruit pizza no longer than 2 hours before serving.
