1/2 cup corn starch
1 C. cold water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
2 cups hot water
1/2 cup soap flakes
(Food coloring)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine starch & 3/4 cup of water in a sauce pan.
Soak gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water.
Add hot water to starch mixture & cook until clear, stirring often (4 to 5 minutes).
Remove from heat, add gelatin.
Add soap flakes & stir until dissolved.
Color with food coloring
