Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lb. fresh ground pork
1 1/2 lb. smoked ground
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 C. cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp.salt
1 tbp. sugar

GLAZE:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup mustard (prepared)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the above ingredients together.
Place in roasting pan & cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For glaze, mix together sugar & mustard, spread paste over top of ham loaf & cook 1/2 hour at 425 degrees.
Take from oven, slice & serve.

Family dinners at Virginia Osthoff's house, Aunt Jin would make this with scalloped potatoes, green beans, some sort of salad & homemade desert. Yum, Yum
