4 - 5 lb. rump roast
1 pkg. Au Jus mix
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian Dressing
1 can beef broth
1 can water
1 can sliced mushrooms
Hoagie Buns
Slices of Swiss or Provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook in crock pot on low for 8 - 10 hrs. Slice roast to make
sandwiches with hoagie buns and cheese. Serve with liquid for
Au Jus.
