2 1/2-3 lbs Chicken (Cut up) Salt and Pepper the chicken Bake 45min. 400
3/4c. Coffee Creamer 1 T. Flour 1 tsp. Paprika 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 3/4 c. (4oz) Mushroom Pieces & Liquid
Drain Mushroom, measure liquid, add water to make 3/4c. liquid. In a mixing bowl combine, Coffee Creamer, Four, Mushroom liquid, Paprika, & Worcestershire sauce. Stir with a wire whip until blended. Add mushroom pieces. Spoon over chicken Bake 10-15 longer at 400
