1-2 heads Romaine lettuce
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup salted cashews
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING
1 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup raspberry wine vinegar
1 teaspoon poppy seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon regular mustard
