1 tarro de leche evaporada
1 tarro de leche condensada
5 huevos
4 manzanas grandes nacionales duras de tipo ácido (San Antonio o Pachacamác)

Directions:
Directions:
Mezclar las leches con las yemas de huevo batidas ligeramente. (Reservar 3 claras para el merengue).

Cortar las manzanas en láminas muy finas.

Enmantequillar un pyrex extendido de 8 tazas de capacidad y acomodar todas las manzanas en el pyrex. Vaciar la mezcla de la leche y llevar al horno a baño maría por unos 30 -35 min., hasta que cuaje ligeramente.

Preparar un buen merengue con 3 de las claras y 1/3 taza de azúcar y acomodar éste merengue encima. Llevar nuevamente al horno suave hasta que el merengue quede cocido.

Se sirve helado.
