2 cups fresh pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp. rosemary
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. coarse-grain sea salt

Directions:

Rinse pumpkin seeds in water, drain on paper towels to dry. Toss with remaining ingredients, spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until crisp. Store in an airtight container.
