1 C ketchup
1/4 C Black strap molasses or honey
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
1/2 C brown sugar
1 T rub seasoning
1/4 C fine chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 T olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil over med low heat until soft.
Add remaining ingredients stir and simmer for 30-45 min. Add water to adjust thickness if necessary.
