1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 Backcountry Pizza Crust (see recipe under Breads) or 16 oz. purchased pizza crust, such as Boboli
2/3 c. purchased marinara sauce
12 large fresh spinach leaves
4 oz. eta cheese, crumbled
1 (6-1/2 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 (2-1/4 oz) can sliced black olives or 1/4 c. pitted, halved kalamata olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Spread minced garlic over crust with back of spoon. Spread evenly with marinara sauce. Arrange spinach leaves over sauce, sprinkle with feta, and arrange artichoke hearts and olives decoratively over top. Bake 10 to 15 min.
