2-3 large portobello mushrooms
1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/8 c. basil pesto
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Scoop out and remove stems from 2 or 3 large portebello mushrooms so that they will hold the stuffing. (Finely chop stems and add to the stuffing if desired)
Stuffing:
Combine chopped stems,crumbled feta, parmesan, bread crumbs and pesto. generousl heap stuffing equally into centers of mushrooms.
Place directly on barbeque grill for 5-10 minutes until cheese melts and mushroom is tender. Slice each mushroom in 4 triangle shaped appetizers. Serve hot.
