1-1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese1 c. mayonnaise
1 can waterpacked artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 7 oz. diced green chiles
1 T. Tabasco, or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Place in a shallow, greased 7"x12" baking dish. Bake at 350 for about 30 min. or until lightly browned. Serve with sturdy crackers or french bread.

This is the most flavorful artichoke dip and it uses water-packed artichoke hearts which are less expensive than the marinated. Make it even spicier (if you like it fiery hot) by using diced Jalepeno chiles!
