1 stick Margarine, melted
1 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 T. Vinegar (white)
7 oz. Coconut, shredded
1 Unbaked Pie Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Margarine, eggs, sugar, vanilla, vinegar and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
