1/2 pound Swiss cheese, chopped
4 slices bacon, chopped
3/4 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 or 2 eggs
olive oil
butter
flour and bread crumbs
chicken pieces, any kind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cheese, bacon, green pepper, onion, and mayonnaise. Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg, and coat with bread crumbs. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Add chicken and cook slowly until chicken is cooked through (30 to 40 minutes). Arrange fried chicken on a pan and spread with cheese mixture. Set under broiler about 6 inches from heat source. Cook until bacon is cooked and cheese melts (about 7 minutes).
