1 small or 1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
2 large tomatoes, broiled and chopped
3 jalapeno chiles, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup chopped radishes
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the salt.
Let stand for 15 minutes, then add salt to taste, and adjust the consistency by adding more lemon juice and oil, if necessary.
