3 Vidalia Onions, sliced thin
20 Saltine Crackers
1/2 sticks Margarine, melted
2 T. Margarine, intact
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Grated Swiss Cheese
Salt an Pepper to Taste
5 additional Saltine's, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Crush 20 Crackers into the bottom of a glass baking dish. Pour melted Margarine over the top. in a separate pan, saute' Onions in Margarine (2 T.), salt and pepper until translucent. Pour over Crackers. Sprinkle Cheese over the top. In a sm mixing bowl whisk together Eggs and Milk. Pour the Egg Mixture over the Cheese. Sprinkle with the remaining Crackers (crushed). Bake at 350 for 35mins.
