2 avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
2 tomatoes, broiled, skinned and chopped
2 tablespoons finely minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeno chiles, minced
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
dash of hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Core tomatoes, cut in half and squeeze the seeds out. Place tomatoes cut side down on a broiler-safe baking sheet and place under broiler. Broil the tomatoes until skin is slightly blackened and loose. Slide off their skins, drain off excess juices, and let cool.
Using a hand mixer, combine about three quarters of the diced avocado with all the remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. It should be lumpy. Mix in the remaining avocado chunks, and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
