Brunch Pizza Recipe

2 1/2 cups flour - divided
1 pkg fast rising yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp shortening

Combine 1 cup flour, yeast, salt and mix well. Add warm water and shortening. Mix by hand till almost smooth. Gradually stir in remaining flour to make a firm dough. Let rest 10 minutes or until filling is prepared.

4 eggs
1 cup & cream
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 pkg -or 1 lb sliced Swiss cheese
1 lb of sliced, cooked, crumbled bacon
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

In medium bowl beat eggs until foamy and add cream, salt and pepper. Set aside. With greased fingers press 1/2 dough in greased 13X9 cake pan. And the other half in the another pan. Pushing dough 1/2 way up pan. Place cheese on top of dough. Then bacon and parsley and finally eggs.

Cook 400F for 25-30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
