1 egg white
1/4 tsp salt
1 c. sugar
1&1/2 c. chopped walnuts

1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. coffee ice cream

1 c. brown sugar
3 T. butter
1 c. whipping cream (unwhipped)
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Crust:
Gradually stir in 1 cup of sugar into egg white and salt. Fold in chopped walnuts. Pack into bottom of greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes. Cool.

Spread on to cooled crust vanilla and coffee ice cream.

Sauce:
Stir brown sugar and butter over low heat until it melts. Add 1 cup whipping cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Cool and then pour on top of pie. FREEZE TILL SERVING
