1 onion sauted in 1/4 c. of oil
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. of water
1/2 c. of brown sugar
3 stocks of chopped celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
2-3 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
minced garlic

Let sauce cook on stove for 1 hour before placing in crock pot.
