Ingredients:  
1 or 2 cups cooked rice
3 heaping Tbs. flour
4 Tbs. butter
1/2 to 1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup milk(can use pet milk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, flour and sugar together with a fork. Add butter. Set aside. Mix eggs, milk, and vanilla. Add liquid to rice mixture. Stir. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
**works well if rice is cold.
