Salad
- 3 cups - minute rice
- 1 1/2 cups - frozen peas - thawed
- 1 1/2 cups - celery - chopped
- 1/2 cup - onion - chopped
- 2 cans - shrimp, or one shrimp ring thawed - chopped - tails cut off

Dressing
- 1/2 cup - vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp - vinegar
- 3 tbsp - Soya sauce
- 1 tsp - curry powder
- 1/4 tsp - granulated sugar
dash of salt

Directions:
- cook rice according to package directions, cool
- add rest of ingredients
- mix dressing, toss with salad
- chill until serving
