1 pkg. orange jello
1 8 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/8 tsp. salt
1 12oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
1/3 cup celery (chopped fine)
1 small jar pimentos (chopped fine)
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water, while hot, blend in cream cheese a little at a time. Drain pineapple juice and let set until jello begins to set up. Before jello is set, add pineapple, pimentos (drained well) & fold in whipped cream. Can be made day before serving.
