2 Tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
2 1/2 Cup milk
2 Tbsp margarine
2 Cups shredded cheddar (can also try Colby)
8 oz (1 3/4 Cup) macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn starch, salt, mustard, & pepper, then stir in milk. Add margarine and bring to slow boil for 1 minute. Gradually stir in all but 1/2 cup of the cheese until melted. Add cooked macaroni (cooked al dente). Put in greased pan or baking dish, top with remaining cheese, bake at 375 for about 25 minutes.
