Ingredients:
4 to 5 Fuji Apples (never use delicious apples) I have substituted grannie or jonathan apples.
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon
3 Heaping Tbsp. flour
3 Pads of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and core apples, then slice apples into medium slices. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together and pour over apples. Make sure mixture covers the apples. Add a couple of Tablespoons of water over apples after being placed in a sprayed baking dish and place pads of butter over areas of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes. (I stir while baking and if mixture is too thick, add a little water and stir.) Remove while still bubbling. This recipe can be used to make an apple pie as well. Just add bottom and top crust. Brush with butter, sugar and bake.
