Baked Potatoes
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Use whole baked potatoes (can use left over's), do not remove skins. Cut into Quarters (longwise).
Heat olive oil in frying pan.
Brown all sides to golden brown.
Remove, sprinkle with Garlic Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan Cheese.

Serve with Ketchup or Ranch Dressing for Dipping.
