Ingredients:
5 to 6 pork chops (preferably thinner and with a small bone)
Flour (enough to cover both sides of chops)
Cooking oil (enough to cover 1/2 of pork chop)
1/2 Can beef broth
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Flour pork chops and place in skillet (one that can be placed in oven) Salt & Pepper and brown on both sides. After browning, remove most of the grease and add beef broth and water to cover chops. Cover and let bake for at least 3 to 4 hours, making sure water is not dry in skillet. Remove from skillet with spatula and place on plate. Use remaining greased liquid and add enough flour to make gravy. Usually about 4 to 5 Tbsp. Brown flour and add milk, salt and pepper. Stirring constantly continue to add milk if gravy is to thick or mix a little flour and water and add to thicken. You will get the trick of making milk gravy after a time or two.

This was Curt's mother's recipe and he loves them. A good one to do when you don't want stand at the stove all the time. Try them.
