1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs. Stir well. Stir bananas and lemon juice together and add to sugar mixture. Add flour, baking powder and salt and stir quickly. Put in loaf pan or round cake pan. Greased. Bake 350'F for 1 hour.
