1 lb. Jimmy Dean fresh (not frozen) spicy sausage
2 blocks cream cheese
2 cans diced tomatoes, or diced tomatoes with green chilis (do not drain)
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain any excess fat, returning sausage to pan. Add cream cheese and the cans of tomatoes, with the liquid. Heat until cheese melts and dip is hot, stirring frequently. Serve with chips.

Easy, and great for potlucks. If you want to make it in the crockpot at the potluck, just cook the sausage beforehand, then throw everything in the crockpot when you get there.
