turkey wings
whole chicken
onion - 1
celery - 6 stalks
broth (chicken) -
5 cups flour
8 eggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil turkey wings and whole chicken until done,
keep broth......cool and pull all meat from the bone.
Add onion, 6 cut up stocks of celery, salt and pepper to broth.Take 5 cups of flour, add 8 eggs to the center of flour, add water until sticky and roll into ball. If still too sticky, continue to add flour to mixture and roll onto floured surface then. Cut with pizza cutter into strips and let dry a bit on board. Put into boiling water until half cooked. Add to broth to finish cooking and add meat with salt and pepper and little butter. This is enough noodles for Gabbert Thanksgiving, which is enough for 75.
