Lemon juice
Lemon pepper seasoning
Coarse salt
Assorted veggies (bell peppers, snow peas, mushrooms, onion,

broccoli, or yellow squash)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop veggies of choice and throw in non-stick pan over medium-
high heat. Add lemon juice in place of oil (just enough to keep
from sticking). Don't use too much or you will have very sour
veggies! Sprinkle with pepper seasoning and coarse salt to
taste.
