1 cup flour
1/3 cup butter crisco
1 tsp salt
3 Tablespoon water

Directions:
Directions:
Use pastry cutter to mix flour, crisco and butter until crumbly. Pour in water and mix with fork. Roll out on to wax paper. Cover with another piece of wax paper and roll out flat. Put in 9in pie pan and shape the edges. Fill and bake. If prebaking the crust for cream pies, poke the bottom of the crust with a fork and bake for 10 min at 425
