1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1 11oz can sweet corn, drained
1 14oz can stewed tomatoes
1 4oz can of green chili's
1 16oz can pinto beans, drained
1/2 green pepper and 1/2 red pepper chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 med onion chopped
1 stalk of celery chopped
1/2 lb cooked lean ground beef
2 Tablespoon chili powder
2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except sour cream and shredded cheese. Preheat oven to 350. Bake for 25 minutes in a 9 /x 13 pan sprayed with Pam. Top with shredded cheese and put back in oven until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream on the side.
