2 sticks butter
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp soda
2 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup water
4 Tablespoon cocoa
2 cup flour
2 eggs

Frosting
1 stick butter
6 Tablespoon milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tablespoon cocoa
4 cup powdered sugar
dash of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, water and cocoa in microwave. Mix soda in buttermilk and set aside until the last ingredient. Add melted butter mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add 2 eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add buttermilk mixture and mix on low. Pour in a cookie sheet pan (10X15) sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 min. or can use 2 9in pans.

Frosting Directions:
Melt butter and cocoa in microwave. Pour over powdered sugar and add milk. Beat until creamy and put on cake while still warm.
