1 (15oz) can of black beans 1 (15oz) can of corn 1 red pepper chopped 2 green onions chopped 5 med tomatoes. chopped 3/4 cup of fresh cilantro 1/2 Jalapeņo pepper chopped 5 garlic toes minced 1/4 cup lime juice 1 tsp. salt
Drain and rinse black beans and put in bowl. Drain corn and add to beans. Add remaining ingredients and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with chips.
