1 Bay leaf
1 can tomato paste
3 cans of water
basil
oregano
salt and pepper
1 stalk of celery (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the tomato paste and water in a pot. Add basil, oregano, salt,
pepper, and grease from meat balls (if available). Simmer with
the whole stalk of celery (remove before serving). Simmer for a
minimum of 3 hours.
