1 stick. butter 1/2 C. brown sugar 1/4 C. dark rum 4 slightly green bananas vanilla ice cream
Melt the butter and brown sugar until it becomes caramelized over medium-high heat. Add rum and sliced bananas. Use a match to light on fire for a few seconds until flame dies down. Pour over ice cream.
