2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients at once. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes 3 layers or 1 9X13 pan. Frost with your preference. I use a creamy white frosting.
