3 cups frozen has browns
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs beaten (Egg Beaters for less fat)
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Drain potatoes thoroughly. In large bowl, put potatoes, flour, eggs, butter, water, salt. Mix well.
Heat skillet on medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. oil. Drop batter 1/3 cupsful into skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel. You can add onion, green pepper, or grated cheese to batter before cooking.
