2 lb. venison
4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
8 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. meat tenderizer
4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Cut venison into 1 inch strips. Mix all ingredients together and soak venison in liquid for 24 hrs. Place venison on baking sheets in 150 oven for 7-8 hours. Leave oven door slightly ajar. During this time, turn the meat 2-3 times. Makes 1 1/2 lbs. of jerky
