3/4 # round steak, 1/2 " thick
4 medium size potatoes
1 small onion
salt and pepper
pastry for 1 pie shell and top

Directions:
Directions:
Remove fat from round steak and cut in 1/4 " squares. Peel potatoes and wipe off any moisture. Place round steak squares in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with a little salt. Slice layers of raw potato on top of meat. Slice onions on top of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with top shell and bake. This is not intended to be a wet meat pie. Bake at 350
