1 pkg regular flavor pork sausage cooked and crumbled.
10 eggs, lightly beaten
3 cups milk
2 tsp dry mustard
8oz (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
6 cups cubed brad
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c mushrooms, sliced
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 c green onions, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
In a lg mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Distribute half the bread evenly in a buttered 9 by 13" baking pan. Sprinkle with half the pepper, half the cheese,; half the sausage and all of each optional ingredients. Repeat layering using remaining bread, pepper, cheese, sausage and optional ingredients. Pour egg mixture evenly
over casserole. Bake uncovered . Until eggs are set. Tent with foil if top begins to brown too quickly.
