Spinach Dip Recipe

1 lb. bag frozen spinach (very dry)
3/4 c Parmesan/Ramano mix shredded
2 c mozzarella cheese
1 medium jar marinated artichokes
1 tsp. garlic in oil
1 1/2 c sour creme
1 small box whipping creme

Defrost Spinach and drain and squeeze very dry
Drain and chop artichokes
add garlic
add Rom/Parm cheese
add Mozzarella (save 1/2) cup
add sour creme
add whip cream
add very dry Spinach

Mix everything and top with extra Mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees.
