2 lb. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta©
1 stick of butter
1 row of Townhouse© crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place broccoli cuts in a greased casserole dish. Cut Velveeta© into chunks and put evenly on top of broccoli. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together and sprinkle evenly over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the broccoli is cooked, the cheese is melted, and the crackers are brown.
