1 lb. green split peas
1 large carrot, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 T. dried parsley
1 T. salt
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 ham hock

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover with water, three inches over the ingredients. Cook all day on high. Remove bones from ham hock. Serve hot.
