Dissolve 2 packages of yeast in 1/4 cp water. Bring 1 cup of milk to a boil and shut off immediately. Add 1/4 cup oleo to milk and 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. salt. Mix well, add yeast mixture and 2 cups flour. Mix. Add 2 eggs; mix. Add 2 more cups flour. Pour remaining 1 cup flour on kneading surface and turn out dough, and knead until stiff. Grease bowl and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.

Well, I have tried to make these, but I have to confess, this is not my fortee. My rolls and Helen's are not in the same ballpark. We fight over Helen's rolls, and we fight with mine as they are like rocks and can be used as weapons. She says it takes practice....hmmm. I think I'll just eat hers and include her recipe in my book.
