1/4 cup cornstarch
1 can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
2 cups fresh blackberries divided
5 medium peeled and chopped nectarines
1 refrigerated pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust and cool. In a sauce pan, combine cornstarch, apple juice until smooth. Bring to a bowl and then add blackberries. Cook and stir. Toss nectarines and remaining blackberries, place in crust. Pour apple juice mixture over fruit and cover and refrigerate 8 hours before serving.
