1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped (1/3 cup)
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
1 8-oz package taco seasoning mix
1 10-3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup skim milk
12 6-inch corn tortillas
8-oz shredded cheddar cheese (2 cups)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain fat. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir together condensed soup and milk. Spoon half into 9x13-inch baking dish. Cut tortillas in half. Use 12 halves to place over soup in dish. Spoon meat mixture over tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas. Spoon remaining soup mixture over tortillas. Top with cheese. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
