1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
4 T. unsalted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 lbs. sweet potatoes
2 c. minature marshmallows
1/2 c. pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. place brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Mocrowave on high 1 minute or until butter melts. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into 1/2" slices, transfering slices to baking dish. toss to coat potatoes with brown sugar mixture. Cover tightly with foil and bake 45-50 minutes. Mix potatoes once or twice while cooking to ensure even cooking. When potatoes are tender (not mushy) remove foil and sprinkle with pecans and marchmallows. Bake uncovered 10 minutes until juices thicken and marshmallows are golden brow.
