2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained
1 cup crushed pineapple
3/4 cup chili sauce
3/4 cup sweet and tangy A-1 Sauce
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. grill in grill out seasoning
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 cup brown sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and serve as an empanada, sloppy joe, or as a casserole with biscuit topping.

This recipe was created for a base in a recipe contest by me. While it didn't win anything in the recipe contest, Tim loved it. He hasn't read the recipe though, because if he knew there was pineapple in it, he might not like it so much!
